My curatorial journey is characterized by a strong connection to contemporary art. It began when I established a small independent curator group called Rendezvous Artspace, which offered Open Calls and cycled around the city to find empty spaces for exhibitions. From there, I moved into more established exhibition spaces, and in my recent positions, I have been responsible for strategy, vision, dissemination initiatives, and, notably, extensive grant applications.
In recent years, I have focused on conveying complex stories about science and cultural history through both monographic and thematic exhibitions. My passion lies in embracing art across different eras, from classical to modern and contemporary art, and includes both well-known international figures and emerging talents from Denmark and Scandinavia.
I have always viewed art as a catalyst for expanding our horizons, and therefore, accessible dissemination is a high priority for me in exhibition contexts. I am passionate about developing strategies and establishing good collaborations to create relevant and inspiring exhibitions that can engage both art historians and ordinary museum visitors.
